Digital Product Policy

1. Comprehensive License Scope

All digital products, LUT packages, sound design libraries, Premiere Pro motion graphics templates, and film grain assets purchased through Arrusclick (0.99 Cents Store) or downloaded from our Freebies Library grant you a perpetual, royalty-free commercial and personal use license.

Under this license, you are authorized to:

• Use assets across unlimited personal and client commercial projects (including YouTube videos, social media ads, commercial TVCs, short films, feature films, and corporate documentaries).
• Modify, grade, combine, and alter the presets and templates to fit your specific visual style.
• Publish finished rendered video outputs globally without paying ongoing royalties or attribution fees.

2. Prohibited Restrictions

To protect independent artistic craftsmanship, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Direct Redistribution: You may not resell, sub-license, share, lease, host, or distribute the raw digital files (.cube LUTs, .prproj templates, .wav sound effects, .zip archives) to third parties.
• No Asset Pack Inclusion: You may not bundle our presets or overlays into other commercial asset packs, free bundles, or digital marketplaces.
• Single Seat Usage: Each digital purchase is licensed for use on up to two workstations owned or operated by the purchasing creator. Studio teams requiring multi-seat licenses should contact us for enterprise terms.

3. Digital Delivery & Instant Access

Digital products on Arrusclick are fulfilled electronically:

• Freebie Assets: Instant direct download via secure time-limited download tokens upon unlocking.
• Paid Store Assets: Verification is handled seamlessly via WhatsApp order matching or secure digital checkout. Encrypted cloud download links are transmitted via email and WhatsApp within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

4. Software Compatibility Matrix

5. Refund, Defective File & Support Guarantee

Due to the irreversible nature of downloadable software and digital media files, purchases are generally non-refundable once the secure download token has been generated. However, your purchase is protected by our studio quality guarantee:

• If an archive file arrives corrupted, incomplete, or fails to extract, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will replace the file with an alternative secure mirror link immediately.
• If you were charged twice due to a network error during payment, contact us with your transaction proof for an instant, full refund.
